  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other systems or networks
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
  • Use the Site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site

The Site and all content, materials, information, software, products, and services provided on the Site are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Important: NDB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NDB, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Important: NDB's total liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to $100.00 or the amount you paid to NDB in the past six months.

Regulatory Compliance

NDB's nuclear energy technologies are subject to extensive regulatory oversight. Commercial availability is contingent upon obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals, licenses, and certifications from nuclear regulatory authorities.

Research & Development Status

NDB is currently in R&D phase with planned commercial launch in 2030. Product specifications and performance characteristics represent current development targets and may change as research progresses.

All lifetime claims are theoretical maximums based on radioactive decay rates:
