Inaugural ESG Report

Annual Sustainability
Report 2024

Baseline ESG Framework & Strategic Commitments for a Sustainable Future

Published: December 2024
Reporting Period: 2024

Executive Summary

Our ESG Foundation

This inaugural report establishes NDB's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework as we prepare to transition from R&D to commercial operations.

2024 marks our foundation year for ESG reporting. We recognize that sustainable practices must be embedded from day one as we develop our technology and prepare for future operations.

This report outlines our ESG governance structure, baseline policies, and forward-looking targets. It reflects our commitment to transparency and accountability as we scale toward production launch (targeted 2030).

Note on Reporting: This inaugural report focuses on framework establishment, policy development, and target-setting. Future reports will include quantitative performance data as operations scale.
