Chief of Staff
About this position
NDB Inc. seeks a strategic Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and manage critical cross-functional initiatives. You will act as a force multiplier for the executive team, driving strategic projects, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively with C-level executives, board members, and external stakeholders on highly confidential and complex matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or chief of staff roles
- Prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, or similar top-tier firms preferred
- Deep understanding of corporate strategy, operations, and organizational design
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion
- Experience in deep-tech, nuclear, or energy sectors is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary advisor and strategic partner to the CEO
- Manage and coordinate all executive team activities, meetings, and communications
- Lead critical cross-functional strategic initiatives and special projects
- Prepare materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and executive reviews
- Drive key decisions by synthesizing complex information and providing recommendations
- Manage CEO's priorities, schedule, and stakeholder relationships
- Act as liaison between CEO and other executives, board members, and external partners
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive organizational improvements
- Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Chief of Staff experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience working directly with CEOs of $100M+ revenue companies
- Deep-tech or nuclear industry knowledge
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile)
- Experience with M&A transactions or IPO processes
