About this position

NDB Inc. seeks a strategic Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and manage critical cross-functional initiatives. You will act as a force multiplier for the executive team, driving strategic projects, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively with C-level executives, board members, and external stakeholders on highly confidential and complex matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or chief of staff roles
  • Prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, or similar top-tier firms preferred
  • Deep understanding of corporate strategy, operations, and organizational design
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in deep-tech, nuclear, or energy sectors is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary advisor and strategic partner to the CEO
  • Manage and coordinate all executive team activities, meetings, and communications
  • Lead critical cross-functional strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and executive reviews
  • Drive key decisions by synthesizing complex information and providing recommendations
  • Manage CEO's priorities, schedule, and stakeholder relationships
  • Act as liaison between CEO and other executives, board members, and external partners
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive organizational improvements
  • Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Chief of Staff experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Experience working directly with CEOs of $100M+ revenue companies
  • Deep-tech or nuclear industry knowledge
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile)
  • Experience with M&A transactions or IPO processes
