NDB Prototype

NDB, a clean tech that can  take any form.

NDB is rather unusual cleantech in that unlike a wind farm or solar panel. It doesn’t have a specific shape or size that it needs to conform to. It can take any shape, standard (2170, 18650, 312, 277, AA, AAA, LR44, etc…) or custom.

 

Unlike other cleantech, it is also modular so that the user could detach the nano diamond part from its peripheral components. Such as the PCB and the ACNO-graphene supercapacitor charge bank to upgrade or recycle on demand.

Theoretically speaking a 100% efficient NDB holds significant promise as per the examples below.

 

 

Unlike other cleantech, NDB can reach near 100% efficiency due to the excellent charge collection capability of the diamond. Silicon-based cleantech, for example, like solar panels. Has a much lower efficiency where the current world record is only 46%. NDB can go above and beyond the limit of current cleantech because it uses diamond.

– Be able to produce 3.48 times more charge than the entire content of a typical disposable AA battery every hour.
– Be 53.4% smaller to produce the same amount of charge every hour compared to an AA battery.
– Be of almost identical weight to current AA batteries (30 g for disposable AA and 27.76 g for NDB AA batteries).

NDB Smartphone

 

In just 1 hour, a 100% efficient NDB will:

– Be able to produce 6.98 times more charge than the entire content of a typical smartphone battery every hour.
– Be 64.3% smaller to produce the same amount of charge every hour compared to other smartphone batteries.
– Be of comparable weight to current smartphone batteries (45.2 g for traditional smartphone batteries and 62.4 g for NDB smartphone batteries). Well within the suitable weight range of its application.

NDB Electric Vehicle

 

In just 1 hour, a 100% efficient NDB will:

– Be 56.4% smaller to produce the same amount of charge every hour.
– Be 56.4% smaller to produce the same amount of charge every hour, compared to traditional EV battery.
– Be of comparable weight to current EV batteries (371 kg for traditional EV batteries and 437 kg for NDB EV batteries). Well within the suitable weight range of its application.
